The service

NivaQueue manages walk-in queue numbers and room coordination. It does not provide appointments, medical advice, clinical priority decisions or medical records. Waiting times are approximate and may change with capacity and longer visits.

Location subscriptions

The working price is US$9.99 per location per month. Each location has an independent subscription. There is no trial or per-token fee. Taxes, settlement currency and merchant eligibility must be confirmed before live billing.

Cancel anytime

An owner can stop renewal through billing settings without contacting support. Access continues to the paid period’s displayed end date. Subscription cancellation does not automatically grant a prorated refund. A final refund policy must be published and reviewed against applicable requirements before launch.

Continuity for admitted patients

After access expires, new admissions stop. Previously admitted patients can still view or cancel eligible tickets, and staff can complete existing visits. Canceling a subscription does not cancel every patient.

Use at the facility

Patients should join when at the facility, remain nearby, and keep the queue page open or check again. Internet access is required. No alerts are promised after a page closes or a device sleeps.
